I have had no battery problems. I have actually been somewhat impressed with the battery life, even with the motor on.

My wife and I test drove a new Audi A5 with the B and O sound system yesterday. Comparing it to the Bose in my 2007 Audi, the B an O certainly sounded better to both of us, a much fuller more detailed sound. Now there is another B and O toy I need to save my money for.

It amazes me all of the negative comments on this forum about B and O and its products. I always thought forums such as this were for fans of the product or topic, not for people who have nothing but negative comments to make. It is beginning to seem that those of us who genuinely appreciate, like and enjoy B and O products are in the minority here

Thanks for the suggestion of turning off the front speakers and listening to just the rears. I tried it and was surprised how much sound does come from the rear speakers. There was more than I expected. It confirmed my view that 8000s or 1s in the rear are definetly not wasted or too much.

When we upgraded to 9s in the front, we moved the 1s to the rear. I certainly do not think the 1s are wasted in the rear. To the contrary, there was agreat improvement in

I would echo the sentiments expressed here, the Beolab 1s are wonderful but depending on your taste, may need the Beolab 2. We had ours connected to an Avant and Beosound 3000 along with a 12 inch Velodyne sub and the sound was wonderful. The sound is, in my opinion, a very detailed sound. In some ways I notice the detail and clarity even more now that

When will the 4 be available in the US? A dealer told me the 65 inch will be available late summer and that there are no plans to bring the 50 inch out here in the US. Is this correct? I hope not.

Sorry I do not know how to post the link, but there is a video of the camera on the Beovision 4 in action on Youtube.

Re: price, Abtelectronics.com near Chicago presently has new Beolab 3 listed on their web site for $3400.
