Hey! That time again, already! Now, although I would like the watch, candlesticks or Audi, winning nowt will not dampen my spirits tonight. Let me explain why. About twenty years ago, my late wife, Mavis and I bought a long gold chain and had the jeweller split it. Mavis wore two thirds of it as a necklace, and I wore the remainder as a wrist-chain

I know, it amazes me when people say things like "Can someone tell me if such-and-such a servive manual is on site, then I can decide whether or not to join as a silver member?" £30 is a pint a month for a year!

It's the time of year when those of us who joined as 'founder members', will be approaching the anniversary of our joining. With just a couple of days to go, I nearly forgot! Open the flap further and remove the spring. Keep it safe incase you get a new flap in the future.
