Any ideas?
not really ... I had nothing like this ! It is interesting the BM-Link works, so that kind of eliminates the BeoPort/MacMini interaction I think it is critical to get the diagnostic information to Phillipe I too do not use the Mac's email client, however I did use two approaches: 1/ I defined

update (and gentle nudge now that Wednesday night has passed) both units have a USB input slot both units appear to support the same range of audio basically the Sony is AUD600 and the Panasonic AUD500 but price is not the criterion, it is whether one is the better integration with B&O and/or the better performer Thanks Ed~2
I have not tested any special keys (other than ^ and v) on the Beo4.
I forgot, there are no special keys to test :( I ran the new BM-Link for 8 hours without any issues or problems. I also used its Net-Radio function. Today I will experiment some more with the Net-Radio, and also try out the FrontRow option.
I am gonna give it a try for sure.
There is a separate thread where I have posted my test experiences - all positive
This should have been fixed in 0.8.
Thanks Phillipe - I will check.
HD sources
I forgot to mention that one advantage that I got from using the Elgato EyeTV to tune into my Digital Aerial and pick up HD signals which are then downscaled for display to my MacBook and
if the central server doesn't know your songs, they will never appear on a selection (same problem here with iTunes' Genius)
Thank you ... I did not know that nor noticed it ... yet ... but now I know I am sure I will notice it Another alternative is "Genius Mixes" where you get 16 pre-selected
1. By looping the RF out from the BV8 back into the Mac via Elgato TV you can record whichever video signal is fed into the BV8?
Correct, I use the "Active Antenna" that comes with the DVB-T system module: you get a fourth AV with SCART, the DVB-T input aerial, the RF output, and a Master Link port.

hey that's real cool I like how you have B&O-ed the PLEX Skin. I had played around with skins under XBMC (from which PLEX was spawned) but found them a little flakey and so reverted to PLEX. Where did you find the instructions to do the PLEX skin, and would you like to make your PLEX skin available to the rest of us? Ed~2
