Only so in the UK. You can still list on the other Ebay sites. Moneybookers seems to storm upwards and forwards, no doubt fueled by Paypal digging its own grave with their silly policies. I no longer consider Paypal safe and will only use them for small amount transactions where no other alternatives are possible. Martin

Geoff, Hard to tell in that photo, is that the hexagonal part of the reel tower that is broken ? I've seen this happen lots of times. The triangular part that grips into the tape reel can no longer pop up and down under its spring load but will seize on the tower and not grip correctly into the tape reel.
