Are you sure you have a problem with your battery ? If you have a BeoCom 4 with software before version 1.7 and it indicates "Charge Battery" then this could be a software issue. There was an intermittent fault in the software that measures the battery capacity and voltage, which makes it think that the capacity is lower than it really is

The Beocom 2400 is an analogue phone and NOT a VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) phone.

The Beolab 8000's have fuses on the secondary side of the mains transformer and a 2.5 amp thermal cutout on the primary side of the transformer. However power to these does not accur unless the relay contacts are made. When you switch the Beolab 8000's on can you hear a relay click ?
