What are the dimensions, height and width the Beovision 7 screen, the actual portion with a picture, i.e. the actual size of the picture? The only height and width I can find are the outside dimensions of the frame. I know the diagonal is 40, but would like to know the other dimensions also. I read somewhere, I think maybe Beoworld, that the 32 inch

Thanks! Fortunately I replaced the speaker grills as the speakers were a floor model from a dealer with damaged grills, so I can try the cleaners on the old grills first to see if they cause any damage.

I can not believe I did this. We have a pair of yellow Beolab 4000s as computer speakers. I was sitting at the desk, reached for something with a pen in my hand and left an inch long ink mark on a speaker grill. Any suggestions for trying to clean it?

Wouldn't just setting the menu to Beolab 5 accomplish the same thing? We have a USA Avant connected to Beolab 9s in front and 1s in the rear. I have the menu set to Beolab 5 as 9 is not an option. If I connect a sub to sub connection and activate, it seems as all bass is deirected away from the 9s. The 9s bass is so good I did not want to do this

So it is just a software issue to get 24 fprs on the current Beovisions, not a hardware issue? My dealer has told me it is just a software issue but I thought there were some posts on here saying a new panel was needed for 24 fprs to work.

I have always appreciated how the Avant hides all of the wires. The inability to hide wires behind the 7 is a big concern with it as my wife and I try to decided between a 7 and a 9.

Our setup consists of an Avant and Beosound 3000 in the main room and two link rooms with just speakers, in one of the link rooms the speakers are connected to the computer and Beoport. If I were to buy a Beo 5 I would not really gain anything would I, as far a functionality? It would just be different than the Beo 4? If 70-80 TV stations are programmed

Razlaw: My wife's and my next purchase will probably be a Beovision 7 or 9. We can not decide which one to replace our Avant with. I have experienced both, and much prefer the BeoVision 9 which i have at home and love to bits. The Mk3 BV7-40 is good, but i still haven't seen a B&O LCD that can hold a candle to a B&O Plasma. So the idea is the viewer's eyes while sitting are slightly higher than the screen so as the viewer looks down slightly at it and the viewer is looking perpendicular to the screen?
