If you don't attach it properly, the set falls off! You need three people to mount it! Two to hold the set and one to do up the bolts. Saw it in the flesh today again - not mine but when I went to pay for mine. For some reason, the dealer had been given the ghastly orange fret!

You are certainly collecting a number of very rare pieces! Red Beogram 3000 with 12" arm Beomaster 4401 The only black Beolab 5000 and Beomaster 5000. And now a Grand Prix Dirigent. You will be rivalling the Struer Museum!

The backlit Samsung screen is the one used in the BV7-55.

46" would be logical as this is the size of the Samsung edge lit screen also available. I have no word yet.

Just had a play! Very interesting - decided to record all onto wav files and keep the same recording levels. Will change this!! The levels recorded are very different! I agree the orange speaker cover is not my thing! I am getting black! I agree the sound is really not bad at all - interestingly it is class D but not ICE. I think most dealers now have their samples so worth a quick trip - the new catalogue is in too.

Choose Beolab 1s. For TVs, it makes a difference to the amount of low bass sent to the speakers.

Oops! Think Lee and I chucked one of these not so long ago! Rather better condition than that as well!

Have you set the switch near the socket on the speaker to LINE?
