So I was walking through the mall the other day and I happened upon some Form 2 look-alikes in a music store \/ Then just yesterday walking through the housewares section of my own store I saw this! A BeoLab 1 - esque tower fan!

My setup consists of 2 conas. This, in my opinion, sounds much better than running both channels through the same cona, as both channels will kind of fight over the single driver. Great speakers in an appropriate setup. Getting back to the original concern, I think active is the way to go here.

If you prefer passive, there is only one option from B&O, the BeoVox Cona. This is the only stand alone subwoofer I am familiar with. With the cona, you run both channels through it to filter out the low end frequencies. If you prefer an active subwoofer, just use one of the powerlink sockets and let you're passive speakers operate simultaneously

Can't remember what cartridge it was but the gentleman I bought my BM3000-2 from wanted $495 for one. Are any of the cartridges worth this kind of money? Honestly?
