The reason I went back to Beo was my wife's wish to go back. She absolutely hated my previous high-end system. She loves the Lab 5's and the BS9000. They are rms numbers. 100W beo is 100W of whatever other make that measures continuing power output. The secret is the ICE power D-class amps. I asked a question about this not long ago, about the Lab 5's . Search on Beolab 5 and you will find the thread.

Affineur: Not sure what the pricing is there but in the US B&O recently reduced the price of the Beosound 3 from $700+ to $499. What?! Man I've been quoted 560 euros with my discount! It's 660 euros here normally... Should I wait???

BV5, a design icon. I put it in the same bag as the BLab5's and BSound 9000. Exceptional! It's hopefully my next TV. I'm going to buy a used one, cause I don't care about TV too much, but still it would be nice with a BV5.
