Connect your Link-TV out of the BS3 to the TV input of your bedroom panel and find the link frequency - normally 599 MHz. Now you have to control the panel with its remote and your Beosystem with Beo4/5. I think you will need the RF Link Amplifier, but I am not really sure.... Stefan

If you will use the Audio Aux Link socket PIN 3 is left, PIN 5 right and PIN 2 ground (input for audiomaster). http://www.beoworld.org/beotech/mclconn5.htm. Tip is left and ring is right on 3.5 mm jack. Stefan

No problem. You should program the BC 2 to option 6 as a local source. So you will have also audio and video from the mainroom (if masterlinked). Congrats and have fun with your new BC2. Stefan

Stefan

Another idea might be adding a Beolink active to your system. Connect a Beolink active via masterlink to your Avant, connect the Pentas to the BL active via Powerlink and configure it to option 4. If you want to watch TV, DVD....just press TV, DVD. The Avant`s speakers will power up - no Pentas. If you want to listen to CD (audio), press LINK-DVD. The

Yes. Just connect the digital output of your BS 9000 to the digital inputs of the BL 5s. This input will be used if a signal is detected. So when listening to the BS 9000 radio, the analog masterlink/powerlink is used. Powerlink is also used for volume control and on/off switch. Hope this helps Stefan

Sorry, I don`t think, you can upgrade from 1.6 to 2.61a, because Cheetham has the "old" BL5, the "non-pincode-version". They have SW 1.xx The newer ones ( with pin-code) have SW 2.xx. So the latest SW should be 1.61a. My BL5s were updated with this one and to answer your question, I have NO problems with these speakers. Stefan

Hi Stan, in this setup your BS 3000 is the audiomaster (option 0 if you have a BV in option 2 in the same room, otherwise audio option2). BS 9000 in option 6 is a local source, which means, it can only be controlled directly via IR and not via masterlink. Via BL 3500 you can control the BS 3000, BV, Beoport, but not the BS 9000. Via BS 9000 you can
