avus17: No matter if MP3 names are not displayed on BS9000 Well if you are using a Mac with Beolink PC 2 and BM-Link, you'll see the MP3 name on the BS9000! And... if you connect an IR eye on the Beolink PC2, you can use Coverflow and Frontrow!

When you connect an audio source on a video entry, like the iPod on the scart, you can listen to it without turning the TV on by pressing AV before the source. Il parait effectivement que le BS9000 sera supprimé du catalogue. Mais cela me surprend vraiment car c'est la chaine la plus vendue de chez B&O. p.

Can you have a Beocenter 2500, let's say, a Beovision 7 and a Beosound 5 in the same masterlink system, all happy together? I know you can have the Beosound 5 on its own. There are 3 ways to get N.MUSIC: Beoport (Beolink PC2), Beomedia 1 and now Beomedia 5. If a system is compatible with N.MUSIC it will be compatible with ant of this N.MUSIC server.

Hiort: Really nice! I´ll guess that the Lab 3:s are "glossy"? Does anyone know if the white BV8 is hard to keap clean? I think it is, because of the rubbery plastic.

Even if you are not fond of N.MUSIC, I would still get a compatible one... just in case. The upgrade might be costly as well. I think you need to change a chip. As I said, on the Beosound 3000 you will be able to use the A-AUX In socket as it is not taken bu the converter. I cannot comment on the quality. I do not know.
