Looking forward to more pictures. Carol wanted to know if you were going to auction the car off for charity after you get back? Craig

Fantastic thread, I'm really enjoying this. Good luck for tomorrow. Craig

Lee the car looks great. Carol was almost crying with laughter reading about the petrol cap incident. Good luck to you and you co-drivers. To quote a line from the Italian Job "Remember they drive on the wrong side of the road over here." Craig

ChrDH: Now the question is how much I want to spend. As little as possible I would think. Craig
-
Glad to hear you have found somewhere. Craig

ChrDH: I would like a BM4500 as it looks great and is not too large How about a Beomaster 3300. These seem to sell for less, the finish seems less desireable. Also a Beomaster 2000 would be ideal if you don't need remote control. Craig

If you want I can post the one I have to your friend. Craig

Not 100% sure but I believe they were also used in some older cameras. Try to find a good old camera shop, I tried asking in Jessops and got nowhere. Have you tried to order one online. If you need a pattern I have an old one you can have. Craig

Thanks John, I was thinking of getting a Beolit some time ago for the Kitchen. This is what put me off, as the station I listen to the most is above 104. At the time I thought it was all models that went to 104, but later found out it was just some of them. There is a least one model of Beomaster which only goes to 104 too. Can't remeber which,

Am I correct in saying that on some Beolit models the FM scale only goes up to 104 mhz. Craig
