In the words of Victor Meldrew.. I... don't... believe... it....
-
Okay - the concluding chapter of the adventures of Martin the MX.. 300 miles, one hub, two vans. What happened. Was he smashed into a million and eleventy teen pieces, or did he arrive in better condition than he left ? Does anyone want to see the photos?
-
Sorry - been out for a short run and just got back and had a shower.. just collating the photos now! Half an hour, and Martin will be appearing in the BeoWorld production of "Die Hard 5 - i've been couriered" Lee
-
Gentlemen, i am pleased to inform you that Martin the MX has arrived in Bradford... For the conclusion of this tale with a detailed report, please tune in this evening. Lee

beaker: Out of interest, how much has it cost to send a TV via a courier. It cant be cheap. We ship so much we get a pretty good deal. It wasn't a fortune to send - surely worth it for the sake of research! As for the company not having anything to fall back on... well, they have kicked out claims before by insisting that not enough care was taken
-
They are 13mm nuts mate Lee
-
Left side or Right side.. hmmm...
-
Craig: Lee, one question. Did you get any strange looks when the courier collected it? Craig He actually refused to be photographed with the TV !!!! That's why there is just a picture of it alone in the back of the van... guilty conscience? Lee
-
Jandyt: Good luck Martin! Your days may be numbered, but at least you'll be famous! I'm sure i heard a scream as he left...
-
So, the courier has picked it up just now and 'Martin the MX' has started his arduous journey on the back of a BusinessPost Mercedes Sprinter to the 'hub'.. I imagine the 'hub' to be something like 'Mordor' on Lord of the Rings.. Goodbye Martin. See you in Bradford !!
