Sorry to hear you are having so many problems with Beoport. First I have to say that the new version (4.81) will only run correctly on Windows XP WITH Service Pack 2 installed. The fact it wants to re-install itself is because files have changed/are open by another user in the programs directory. Your two hightlighted problems are in fact the same issue

Doc, There is no "Total Reset" as such, however when you download a new configuration or switch the unit off then on again reboots the processor.

Doc, Given that the STB template in the Configuration Tool has not been changed for 1.30, then I think we must assume that a fault has occured other than you re-creating your configuration with version 1.30 unless you have made a mistake using the Configuration Tool. Bazza, If you disconnect the phone line from the phone socket and then open the line on the handset, you should hear the engaged signal. If, when you open the line you do not hear either an engaged tone or a dial tone, then there is either a fault with the base possible caused by plugging the base cable into the wrong socket on the "T" connector

When you dragged the STB from the list to the socket of the Beovision display in the product selection section of the tool, did you move it to the correct socket ?

I have just checked the details of the Samsung H360R template and it was added on 15th December 2007 in a previous update. When version 1.30 was released, the same template version as previously available was supplied, therefore your problem does not relate to the template itself assuming it previously worked.
