I think one should cut 355f a little slack. He is very positive on the BV4 in combination with BeoSystem 3, considering it the best processed plasma image to be had now. That's not being on a crusade against B&O. He is critical of B&O LCD connectivity, more than of image quality. And then I think he and Beolab have a fight going due to the

What's your budget? The LAVRY DAC10, Benchmark DAC1 USB and Grace 902b are all very good DACs, but you'll find headphone amp's and other DACs at half the price of these. The three go for about 800-1000 USD.

Just as Apple doesn't sell full resolution CDs over iTunes, broad- and cablecasters are not transmitting full resolution video: storing it, finding

I have a black BV8, but the white looks wonderful too - and I'm thinking of an excuse to get one. Doesn't look grubby at all, in my opinion. Have seen it on a black stand, and that looked interesting in an Escher kind of way. Silver I wouldn't get - try the black stand.

Have a look at EyeTV's products. If you have DTV-T where you live, you can connect a USB-stick sized device to your Mac and receive those transmissions. Otherwise, you can attach an EyeTV unit to your STB, and then run a cable to your laptop -- you can also use a Wireless setup (With an Airport Extreme Base Station). In my flat, we've access

2000F: BTW: Anyone using an Apple Airport Express with their Beo system (wireless Airtunes music)? Which input (ie. an aux input) should I use on the Beomaster 6500? Hi, I've chosen to use TAPE 2 for my Airport Express unit, though you can also use AUX. As far as I understand, there's no difference in how the Beomaster handles the signal through
