I took my BV9 in red/black. Never regretted it! It works well with my Pentas, and I have just added Red/black Beolab 6000s as surrounds. I should mention that my sectional sofa is black with red leather accents! Barry

Gee, any B&O video product could be considered an "end of life" product the day you buy it. For instance, I purchased a BV9 last March 08, and now the latest one has the auto color management, but I cannot upgrade mine. Just accept it as "so it goes".... Barry

I think the best quality will be RGB/HV (or component) to the middle of the back of the avant. You'll need to select a preference for the audio input. I'm seeing BS5 as a stane-alone audio master, not requiring a Video system to be powered up. So can my present BS 4000 co-exist with masterlink with a BS5? Inquiring minds want to know! Thanks Barry

Of course Beoworlders are not B&O's target customer: We'll *pretty much* buy B&O no matter what. It's the *others* that represent market-growth potential. As far as luxury is concerned, B&O is not luxury to me... It is necessity! Barry BeoFan!

I'm very happy with my Beomedia, since to date, I don't have such advanced expectations for use in link systems or music management. The photos, Net music and web are just great, as far as I'm concerned. I think it depends on what you expect. I think many expected more than Beomedia was intended to deliver. Barry
