Thanks everyone! Regarding which type of bass guitar (4-, 5-, or 6-string?) I have no idea! haha. I'll go an visit a local guitar shop and ask what they think. It would be nice to hear the difference between the BL9 and a bass guitar :) Does anyone else use their hifi for any musical instruments?

I have placed an order not too long ago for a pair of BL9s thanks to everyone's advise! All of a sudden, I want to buy a bass guitar after having no expirience with any guitars etc! The closest that I've come to playing my own music is DJing... Haha. My question is: do I need a bass amp or can I just connect the guitar via whatever to the ouverture

Maybe they are blown Laki, I think the BL6000 (older ones) had some issue.

Hi all. I have finally placed my order today for a pair of bl9 (black) and a pair of bl3 (black). I really tried to afford the bl5 but it was too much for me right now, so the BL9 will act as a step closer. Ill be getting them when I'm back from holidays. Thabks for everyone's help! Tim

Beolife. I completely agree. I still have problems with my bv7-40... 3 software updates in 3 months.... One replacement TV (from 32 to 40) and after all thos crap of blaming other equipment such as ps3 and hdmi cables (!!) Hahaha.. They are increasing the prices by 10%!!! What a 5*1t business plan and way of working€ frankly I couldn't really care
