• Re: Lighting Controls???
I think Beo5 becomes more and more tempting, only problem is I have a MAC and would want to program it myself.
I program my Beo5 on my Mac laptop through parallels/windows. Works fine. Works with Lintronic too.

My dealer also said they'd had an excellent month last month. The best they'd had in a long time.
Not that w haven't strayed a bit off topic
Now that we've hopefully put the final nail in that coffin... I'll probably buy the Beo time as it seems to be a pretty unique and notable product Beo-wise. My guess is that it will either be one of the more successful Beo accessories or disappear completely
You shouldn't listen what other people say; if you like your Beosound 9000 displaying the time then do it - no matter what other people say!
TWG: I don't think that was Beophile's point. His point is that it's just a little obnoxious to justify why an expensive product refuses to perform a simple function
How large is the room/audience you're wanting to present the film to, and how loud do you want it?
Audience ranging from around 10 up to almost 100. The room could get as big as about 12 x 12 meters and be as small as a good size board room. I'd like to consider the BL5, but transportation might be tricky

  • BL9 as PA

I know it's been discussed that the BL5 does a great job as a loudspeaker in large rooms and has pulled it's weight in concert halls. My question is how does the BL9 hold up in this capacity? My dealer has offered a good deal on a pair of BL9s and I just happen to have an upcoming need to set up a high quality viewings of a new film we've

What's going on in the world today. This morning I traded my shoes for a pair of BL8000s to a bum who was using them for tent poles.
with the 8-40 you can assign the digital tuner to "TV" and use DTV, and VMEM for set top boxes
I know this might be redundant ( As I brought it up in another thread) but are you saying that you've successfully switched the built-in Digital Tuner from DTV to TV on the 8-40?
