I think it should be incumbent upon B&O to put you in a position to operate the tv with all your current components the day you get the system. The best way to ensure that you get the correct products in the menu is to specify that to the salesperson when you buy the set. For those who don't live near a store but are handy with setups, I think

In the US, the word is 10 November. But who really knows what that means? Not I. Price? Nope. Colors? White and Black. I was told that nobody was held to secrecy, so maybe they don't know. I sure don't, and I probably would. PS. New PR firm. Might mean that you don't let the rumor mill run the business. How refreshing?
I know that's why I have had a tube in the wall in order to have a CAT7 ran or maybe CAT"8" oneday. But this is only to the technical part of the cupboard/closet under the tv (for the beomaster 5, the blueray player, ...) not to the beosound 5 which is right in the middle of a wall and where just the three

Perhaps there is a real network person who can weigh in, but in my opinion, anytime you have open walls you should consider running a pair of CAT 7 along your link route to "future-proof" your space by building capability in your infrastructure. It is relatively inexpensive (cheap as chips, in reality) and offers multiple shielded pairs for

Wouldn't you assume that IF there there was an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch app created by Bang & Olufsen for the BeoSound product we have never seen (and only know the specs via hearsay) AND it has a remote (again, hearsay), that the remote would control the app as well as the i-whatever as well as the BeoSound itself? Surely, BeoWorld hasn't

The new Apple TV works perfectly using the "Apple Remote" PUC on VMEM AV2 with BV7-40 and 55 with Beo4 or Beo5 (and for $99 it is a no- brainer). But I cannot manage the old Apple iDock with it using the same PUC. The Apple TV remote controls the iDock perfectly, so I know it should be compatible. For the iDock I am using AV5 on "CAMERA"

It's tragic. Short sighted and detrimental to the brand. And it's the total revocation of the entire store strategy. If this is the "brand's" future, then they won't need stores. They can have warehouses, from which they supply A/V to companies such as the Toll Brothers and others. But B&O is only interesting if people
Stores that develop relationships within the architectural and design communities will continue to grow. The death of the brand.
I sure hope that is way overstated, but I think you are right. Brand is about awareness and keeping good company, not individual store turnover. To me, the relationship with key

The loss of over one quarter of the UK sales is astonishing.
As is the single sale to a single customer in the US that represents 38% of the 8.4% increase in North America! Go Lotto!
I understand the math, but what is the single sale that enabled it?

And why wouldn't the addition of a subwoofer to the BeoLab 3 (or BeoLab 6000, or BeoLab 8000) provide more depth in the range? That is why the 11 was built. I think the MP3 thread contained a virus.
