The BL7-2 inside a cabinet I can imagine will sound not very good, and you aren´t go to be just in front of it, the BL7-2 will be too hight for the listen site.

100 CDs is a little amount of CDs. Real CDs lovers has more than 1000 at least, and you need one (or two) hard drive, external or internal, to store them. In my opinion the combination of MacMini+BeoPort+external hard drive is the best solution. Very interesting questions. I allways had the same doubts about the heat, about the plugs, and about the location because in a cabinet there aren´t a lot of problems to hide the wires, but what about in a wall mounting set?
