(Well – passionately - said TripEnglish) I sometimes wonder how many people among those complaining about B&O prices have also habit of buying Loius Vuittons of this world and many other über-over-priced branded essentials for life (somewhat obscene of B&O to pair their brand with ‘haute couture’, if you ask me –

I would recommend BS9000 if you: - like its design and can't live without it - have a lot of CDs and prefer listening to several of them at a time (plus your local FM radio) - more than to music files from other sources - considered well how it functionally fits with the rest of your B&O (perhaps also in the future) (- ideally, use its dig out

Sony will close five or six factories and cut 16,000 jobs worldwide in an effort to remain profitable through a slump in consumer spending on electronics... "The Bravia-brand TV maker said it will “adjust” pricing to cope with the stronger yen, two weeks after saying it didn’t have plans for “massive cuts” in prices

AT: The Longines is a real nice watch, sorry to hear, Your one was stolen... :( Thanks for condolences, AT: It was NOT the Longines they stole, but the Frederique Constant.

I'd had a period when I was not interested in watches at all, still can't say I'm that much ... However, I have now a few of them and my favorite was this automatic Frederique Constant Persuasion Moonphase Carree. Unfortunately, it got stolen so I got myself a replacement, a Longines (of their Master Collection) which is also automatic.

avus17: ... ring of customers gets narrow from year to year which also influences business results. How they (B&O) see it themselves (for those who missed this) ...

bayerische: BV5, a design icon. I put it in the same bag as the BLab5's and BSound 9000. Exceptional! It's exactly this combination (together with more stuff, of course ... ) I went for and for the quoted reason. What I can say is I'm happy I went for the BV5 more than 4 1/2 years ago (long time of your life if you think about it ...), enjoying

Dave: I think these chairs (Designed in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen Denmark) are very classic... I also like them, but as you inderectly point out, they were designed before the surround sound started to rule the home entertainment. For stereo sound only listening they still look cool ... (George Michael no doubt noticing the problem
