My advice is to repair your BeoLink 7000 remote. In most cases the very small capacitors have to be replaced. Mind you that is specialist work! Try to ask here, some one will help you. What do you mean with programming the lights. Is it programming the timers or the LC1? Regards, Robert

Hi Aaron, The CD 50 has to be equiped with a remote sensor print. In the 80's as a retro fit by the B&O dealer. I had mine CD 50 equiped with this kit in 1985. The CD 50 front, the dark plastic strip where the display and lights are in, has an extra window opening for the sensor! Take a torch/licht and shine the front, you can see this opening

Some suggestions from me: - Beo Cinema in your extra room .... (to modern? BV5?) - upgrading your Penta's with higher spec electronics ..... - upgrading your BC9000 with higher spec electronics ..... - system 5500 alu or white with BL7000 remote. Regards, Robert
