steve wozniak of apple has one and loves it , i guess he knows a lot more about tech than the plebs who write for pc world i saw one in the flesh a few months ago and was quite impressed , it was beautifully made and had a wonderful ring tone the interface was interesting too i'd nominate the blackberry etc , they just look truly awful

what i find so ridiculous is that it's only a matter of some simple tweaking to make the bno tv's really competitive , instead of cutting corners they should be adding useful features like as many hdmi's as possible and using top end 3rd party components rather than the cheapest thing they can find that does the job ( which seems to be the

ok , maybe the scaling of the beosystem 3 isn't up to scratch ? it's already been stated that it's a bit outdated and is incapable of handling dts hd

as steve jobs said hdmi / hdcp is a 'whole world of hurt' maybe it's not really bno's fault at all ?? my brother has a sony set up and has problems all the time with his dvd , blu ray amp and tv combo - the whole hdcp thing is an UTTER pain in the botty

so they're either ridiculously ahead of the game ( dvb hd ) or behind the times , very strange way of running a company i wonder if the people who were behind solid bno products like the avant have all left bno and been replaced by a load of out of touch art students ? i was all set to get one of these for the front room , now i think i'll save

so you can't watch sky hd via hmdi ? and what's the dvb-hd for ?? there's no terrestrial hd channels until 2012
-
