Hi Leslie, No you don't remove the sides. Remove the 3 or 4 screws below the tuner face - 2 screws are on the string side in the corners near the handle fixings, the other 2 (or one sometimes) is on the battery side and quite obvious. You may need to remove the antenna tip next by unscrewing it. Lift the facepanel up at the antenna end, guide the

Hi Bruno, The sliding knobs on the 700 (70's version) for the tone and volume are interchangable but the others are not. Steve

Well, I didn't vote because I fleetingly saw the thread and had no time to vote. Checked in a week later (no play time at present) and no thread reminded me when I clicked on 'View unread...." I would have voted. Yes there are some fun awards (Jaff, you'll have to be entertaining for another whole year) but I would have certainly liked
