I assume you've read the passive manual? as it says to reset your sound adjustment you press LIST to display RESET then GO. BUT this only works if the volume settings haven't been stored. If the volume settings have been stored then i dont know how to reset back to factory setting, but i would be inclined to unplug the Passive Amp for an hour

I bought some speaker cables for my Kef speakers that ive installed in my bathroom ceiling and a 12m ir eye cable all to connect up to the B&O passive amp.
