Hmm, nu kommer jag ihåg att det är lite annorlunda på Beo4. Tryck på den röda pricken och LIST samtidigt, det skulle visas "ADD?" på skärman. Tryck på LIST tills du kommer till A.OPTION?. När A.OPTION? är på skärman kan du trycka 0, sen GO. Repetera med V.OPTION? 2 GO. Lycka till!

Yes, när både TV:en och stereon är stängt av (alltså på stand-by): 1) Tryck SOUND 0 STORE 2) Tryck PICTURE 2 STORE

While this is correct, remote control isn't really the issue here: both the audio and the tv system have their own IR receivers. In a setup with a 7-pin cable between the 2300 and the 5500, everything will work fine if you stick to using the remote control for everything and put the TV in option 2, audio system in option 0. What won't work is direct

You could also use a single BL4000, attenuated down from the AV7000's amplified output with a special cable, and fed into the 4000's Line In. Or, for that matter, a brand-new BeoLab 4...

Though the AV7000 looks identical to the BeoMaster 7000, it's actually a separate video master that must be linked with either MCL (Datalink and Powerlink) or ML (via a BeoLink adapter.) The biggest problem will be figuring out if your equipment can be controlled by the very limited STB controller which the AV7000 uses. There is an image somewhere on

As I posted in the other thread, there's no problem using the 9000 with an AV7000 as long as you use the BeoLink Converter box.
-
Yes, the AV7000 does use a small amplifier for the center channel. If you attenuated this you could hook it into your TV's audio in if present. You can switch the speakers between 1,2,3,4 and 5 as you like. You will need the speakerlink to powerlink adaptors for your Penta I's. You will also need the BeoLink converter between the 9000 and the 7000.

What will probably happen with your displays is that you will get very little. Audio sources will work, within the limitation of the two-letter display, but no volume readout and no video sources. Also, there is a chance the displays won't switch off correctly. This occurs despite the proper use of the PowerLink to SpeakerLink cables. Consider Ridax

A good thesis -- the other possibility would be "DVD Index 4 Track 11."
