Finally got it going on option 2 and the beo4 controls the unit with N Music and N Radio veery well. One big concern is on windows xp the beoplayer software does not allows the changes to opt in setting. The advance setting tab is missing from setup config. Today i tried connecting beoport with the new version (5.0XX) of software connect via ML to beolab 2000. With a beosystem 1 SW 5.1 has anyone got successfully connected through a VGA out from BSys1 to a Plasma tv HDMI input. Any issues with resolution issues or some specific settings are needed for it to make it work. I am hoping to get this Thanks

I tried with this cable and all I could hear is pulse. There was no audio....not sure why. I took the beoport out into the 5 pin aux of the beosound and all I could hear was a noise similar to a pulse
