I think B&O just need to do what they are good at. The last few years have demonstrated quite clearly what they are not good at. Feedback from dealers and discussions here on Beoworld all have contributed to this. They need to put much more effort into products rather than knocking out a quick succession of failures. Much as I like the BeoSound 5 product I do think it is silly how you have different parts and cables everywhere. I can see how this would put off many buyers, myself included. Recently acquired one but having problems setting it up. Have spent about £30 on all sorts of additional connectors, none of which make any difference. I have 2 telephone points both in the lounge. A primary socket and a secondary box/point attached about 5 metres away. My Sky wireless broadband router, BeoCom 5 and PSTN base are all plugged in
