I think B&O just need to do what they are good at. The last few years have demonstrated quite clearly what they are not good at. Feedback from dealers and discussions here on Beoworld all have contributed to this. They need to put much more effort into products rather than knocking out a quick succession of failures. The Serene, Serenata, BeoSound

My BS3 has been experiencing problems too and its currently back with B&O. My dealer (Bath) are fantastic with customer service so I don't mind if something goes wrong because they always do their very best to get it right for me and I can't ask more than that. I hope you find the same with your dealer. The BS3 does seem to have various

Many thanks Jeff, will check this time tomorrow when I am home, currently in London. Cheers, Simon.

Thanks for that Jeff. I look forward to hearing more when you have had a chance to check yours. Can you elaborate about the cross over as I am not sure what or how to check? Thanks. Happy to buy the original leads if I can find them, although I assume the one's that came with it were the original one's. I will call today to find out. Simon.

Much as I like the BeoSound 5 product I do think it is silly how you have different parts and cables everywhere. I can see how this would put off many buyers, myself included. Graham Pretty sure that the unit should work in the UK as it was bought from a UK company who would have told me otherwise. Blue2th Q1: Yes Q2: No handset symbol displayed Q3: Yes Q4: There is only a Line socket on the BeoTalk

Recently acquired one but having problems setting it up. Have spent about £30 on all sorts of additional connectors, none of which make any difference. I have 2 telephone points both in the lounge. A primary socket and a secondary box/point attached about 5 metres away. My Sky wireless broadband router, BeoCom 5 and PSTN base are all plugged in

What a powerful and lovely story, thanks for sharing and well done Pixar. Simon.
Sounds a bit soppy - but it's the truth. B&O has that effect... Lee
Not soppy at all Lee. You have bought a beautiful product that REALLY is AL'W'IGHT!

I suppose all good things do eventually come to an end and what a great triumph it will be for the BS9000. It has stood the test of time most proudly; broken all sorts of records in design and engineering and firmly established itself in museums and people's homes across the globe. What a great testament the BS9000 will be to represent '...all
