I'd love to sign Peters letter, those are really great things to say and it's short, sharp and shiny.

Oh yes, those KEF muon speakers do look pretty, but nothing compares to the understated and all conquering BL5!

soundproof: The world stock markets are doing a high-wire balancing act these days, without a net. Any kind of negative news are pushing shares down -- and the decline in retail sales this December must have been decisive for B&O. They had projected a 15% growth and achieved 8%, and that's what it took. But I'm not saying the reaction wasn't

WHAT, that is really unexpected to me... is that what it says is it?! I can't read the article... wow. How does a CEO get sacked??

kallasr: Beovision 3-32 with extra DVD player might be a good option as well - lower price than the Avant DVDs. If you like the looks. I did''t from what I saw on the web, but now... have look at my signature - there is a post with picture of my setup as well. Try to get a TV with built-in Dolby Digital module (and Masterlink of course). Ralf

Good thanks! They do apparently offer travel adapters... I just fixed it, i had a brain wave and did it myself, i found an old telephone in the spare room and it used the same rj22 plug that was needed. I re-wired that plug, spliced the B&O cable, and hey presto, i fixed it, for free. It baffles me why they use an rj22 plug for a transformer, it

What has happenned is, the cable to the dock has broken away from the plug (it looks like a telephone plug but smaller) to the transformer. There is simply a red and black wire hanging out of the cable, does anyone have any information that could help me? Or is

You could be different and use the 7.2 on a table stand as a pair of beolabs in a different room, such as a bedroom or something? It would sound incredible i'm sure. If i had the money i would have gotten one of these for the bedroom on the mantel (above the fireplace) instead of a BS1. I'm not sure if this is possible, but if the mkIII bv7

Keith Saunders: Let me start by giving you a word of warning, using the USB +5 volts is fine PROVIDED it is not directly connected to any of the Powerlink pins which I previously stated. It should be connected via a high value resistor. On most USB outlets and powered hubs the +5 volts is rated at 500ma and all you need is a pull-up to raise the voltage

I reckon the BV7 looks better and certainly lighter with the 7.2. The 7.4 looks neater maybe, but with the channel covering the delicate poles of stand it looks more traditional. It would be great if the 7.2 had ALT inside somehow, because in my opinion that speaker defines the design of this tv, but of course with BL5's you must get an ALT centre
