Congrats and welcome from me too On the weekend the missus and I drove past the R-Bar in Port Melbourne and we both remarked that we need to have another BeoPhile Melbournian dinner. The last Melbourne get-together we had was November 2008 so I think we are well overdue. Should we have another event in say 2 months time ?

In the past 12 months there have been lots of discussions about the Mark III versus the Mark IV. Probably best to search for "MKIV". This thread gives you the key differences: MkIV Differences But I think you should also look at the threads about the Mk IV's software issues and difficulties ... Good luck with your research

that is not so good you should see PH try pressing [TAPE] to see if you get TP pressing [P1] should get P1 even without the aerial see if you can hear static

try turning the volume down look for the [v] key if the beomaster shows 00 then you know to turn the volume up should not need more than say 35 as a volume level - certainly do not go to the max of 72

welcome and congratulations on your purchase the "P" is for radio Program ... that is, the [STORE] is taking the current tuning frequency (MW, LW, or FM) and wanting to now assign a number to it so you can recall it Do you have one of the two controls that supports the Beomaster ? Either the Terminal 5000 or the Master Control Panel 5000

I can't wait to see what Phillipe does when he gets cracking on the iPd interface :) @ scanorama ... I am sorry you are still having problems, I wish I could give you better advice :(
