Unbelievable - the word Philistine is at the top of my head. Chris.

Agreed - pretty as in pretty useless. Get yourself a Beo4 or Beolink 1000. Chris.

Dillen: Wow, a wall bracket for cats ? Brilliant Martin - why didn't I think of that one?

I agree - look for an avant with RF tube. They are selling ridiculously cheap at the minute - I missed out on a 32" RF DVD a couple of days ago which sold on ebay for £500 on a buy it now, I was gutted by being beaten by the press of a button. You won't find a better CRT TV anywhere, don't be tempted by a curved screen one (particularly

Hi Jeff, yep it's true about my cats - I was totally confused by what was turning on my beocenter at all hours until I caught one of them doing it! I ended up buying a wall mounting bracket to stop them. I agree re:- removing the remote to another room or taking out the batteries to see if this stops it. My opinion on powering items down is that

Hi and welcome to Beoworld Thanks for supporting the site with your silver membership. capacitors can indeed cause the most bizarre fualts. Unfortunatley the service manual isn't on site for this model but is there for the 7002 which

I use Morrison's or Asda's multi surface wipes followed by drying with a lint free cloth. Perfect for this type of application, especially the brushed aluminium panels which come up a treat Really good on the plastic parts too as they don't leave a residue and the lemon scented ones make everything smell nice. Chris.
