Puncher: iPods are also now of a size (memory wise) where you could conceivably use the lossless format in you iPod too Maybe this has changed, but I was always under the impression that you need to keep your audio tracks under 9MB for your iPod? Reason - the iPod can buffer the track from it's internal memory, whereas anything over 9MB in size

Razlaw: martin01: Hi 355f, what tests have you done (in detail) to get the conclusion that BS3 not fully handle HD-audio with Multichannel PCM? And what does it mean when the BV7/BS3 indicates it is both receiving and outputting PCM from a Blu-Ray player that indicates it is sending 48khz PCM to the BV7/BS3? Gawd, we've gone over this so many times

Puncher: When's the next price adjustment due - does anyone know?? It could seriously scupper the UK market, a potential ~50% increase! I've just heard in the high-end watch market that Richemont (Panerai, IWC etc) intend yet-another price increase 1st of Feb 09 to 'align UK prices with the rest of Europe'. Gulp. Something may happen
