At last I got my BM 901 home from Texas. History: Bought on auction site from a welfare org. in Seattle, price USD 20.00, freight USD 27.00. Shipped to McAllen Texas, from there in my car to Mexico city. Came with a danish power plug, so I presume it was brought to Seattle from DK, stored in a basement for some years and then given to the welfare org

Just finished repair of Bass slider on BM 2400, look in vintage Beomaster 2400 repair and cleaning, here a pic of the beauty. Next on the BM 901 below it

As I didnt have any bass function I took it apart again, the Bas slider is soldered at 10 points to the command panel, after desoldering its only to press the 4 plastic clips and it comes out easy, on the pic here you can see at the lower part of the slider a small black diagonal line, its one of the pieces that was broken, these small pieces is holding

I tried to delete of Swedish Harmonica Music but no such luck.

Got my BM 2404 working, connected to BG 2404, world star festival from 1980 something, sounds wonderfull, radio comes in like it should with antenna, stereo lights on Bass light on, was missing before, Martins lamp and cap kit did it, why do people complain about bass missing on S45s 81-83, enough bass for me, I'm happy, good buy 99.00 US.Check

Sunday I got to at last, dismantle and start changing caps and lamps, testing before there was missing Bass light, green bars on the right side and stereo light. opened it up and today Monday I could finish, got lamp and cap kit from Martin, as always the best, but missing 2 caps 220 MF, but got them at Sterens, now I got all the lights, but the Bass

Got to my BM 2400 yesterday, its type 2902 and its nearly all hard wired, without jacks, only jacks was for main lamp board, the rest wired, so I had to put it this way to work on it, command board and lamps finished and clean. I opened and dismanteled without looking at the description from Martin, I did it right

I wanted to start on my BM 2400, but my beloved wife told me that guests are on the way, so I just finished pre preparements for a Filete Wellington, made a soup Minestrone, madeira sauce and potato puree, wifes do not understand Beovirus. Soren Mexico

It should be posible to hook it in without any problems, my arm came loose during repair and as I remember I could hook it in again. Will take a look tomorrow and come back to you. Soren
