Here is a picture taken with a Serene, sorry for the poor quality, lighting was not good in the room late at night for picture taking.

I just noticed that when turning a CD off in a Beosound 3000 connected to the BV-7 that instead of instantly turning it off, the volume slowly fades away and then turns off.

The picture I have is too large. Is there a way to reduce it to less than 100kb? Sorry, never tried to upload a photo to a forum before.

The dealer took the box with. They checked serial numbers howver and box said gray, serial number is listed with B and O as gray. I do not know if they compared serial number on TV to that on the Box. How do I post pictures here?

The picture is stunning with both BluRay and high def. I am not sure if the 24p s working. Dealer had software problems when installing it, spent 4 hours. They said it was installed howvere when speaking on the phone with the salesman he is not sure as the BluRay is not getting the right commands on the menu, no fast forward or chapter skipping. Is

High definition and BluRay look stunning on the BV-7. I am sure the TV is not Gray. B and O installers both said it was not gray, but silver. The color on the TV is identical to an old BS1 cabinet we have next to it and very close, almost exactly the color of the ALT. The serial number does come back as being Gray according to B and O. The color is totally different on the TV than on the gray Beolab 7-4. Dealer will order a new gray one and swap them but leave the silver here until then.

Our new gray BV7 has arrived and is being installed. Only problem is B and O put a silver BV7 instead of gray in the box, even though it is labeled gray. Dealer is completing intallation and then will order a replacement.
