As the Stig already mentioned, disconnect the cables at the back and start again. I've had once a faulty beoport, which act's as a master in the link setup and can disturbe the data on the ML. So, try to disconnect the beoport and see what happens. Beobuddy.

jandyt: Gosh! This is getting complicated. No, it's not! Buy yourself an Avant DVD/BV7 and get 3 free scart inputs
-
The Stig - ver. 1.4: Does the Sky + box have a VCR Scart output / input? If the Sky box doesn't have an input, probably the DVD/HD has one. Most of the DVD/HD recorders has 2 scartsockets. 1 goes to the TV and the other is probably named "VCR". Also most of the time the videosignal connected to the "VCR"input is linked to the

Hi Andy, What kind of Avant do you have, type nr? The problem is that the avant automatically detects videosignal on the Camcord input. You can try : 1. Use the decoderscart socket om the back, this supports also CVBS and you can probably give it name like VAux, Vtape2. This depends on the type of Avant. If you can't give it a name, then probably

BarryAndrew: A little more less techie please! This inquiry interests me as I have a DVD1 coming from Lee. This will be connected to a BV6-26 with a dolby digital board. My present (cheapie) DVD was connected by the B&O installers of my TV from the output named co-axial on the DVD to the co-ax CVBS socket on the 6-26. What do I do to connect the

kokomo: The digital output on the dvd1 sends all the channels available. The only way to get for example DD 5.1 from the dvd1 is via the digital connection. Cheers Peter Thanks Peter, do I take it then that full DD 5.1 is decoded within and then output from the DVD 1 and therefore does not require the addition of an external decoder to take the signal

berlin2010: Roger: berlin2010: Roger, slightly off-topic. Your attachments talk about Setup 1 through 4... what are these? Or put differently I presume the rest of the document from which your attachments came describes different setups? I am having a slight problem with my HDR1, BV7 and STB to play together nicely - maybe if I had a look at the four
-
The Stig - ver. 1.4: yes but its something to do with the data communication, because the Avant-VTR can't control it editor.. If had several changes to experiment with the HDR-1 combined with a MX7000 and Avant VTR, type 8100 and 8300). It will work with a MX7000 or LX 6000, the channels will be dumped to the HDR-1 or 2. It won't work with an

Well hey, I'm won a price?! I still can't believe I won a price, I never win anything. So thank you PDB!! I've just returned from a (rather cold) holiday in south of France and it gives me already a warm feeling at the end. I can hardly wait to use it in here in The Netherlands with the same cloudy, rainy wether. So, thanks again PDB. To
