It seems that most products bite their teeth out with the fast scrolling. Beoport can't, Beosystem can't, IRED/Lintronik can only workaround. It seems to be very unique to Apple how they implemented that, I would not expect Beo 5 to be able to handle that. Without fast scrolling there is not much of a point in my opinion.

1) I don't know this. Sometimes there can be compatibility issues. I thought I read here that there might be a B&O Earset 3 for the IPhone ....... not sure if this was a joke or not. 2) I think if you are in a middle of a contract, then yes that is correct. I would call and validate that though, can be different from contract to contract. I

I played with it as well, didn't even have to wait - just walked at 1.30 AM Saturday morning into the Store on 5th Ave NYC which is a 24 hour location. It is a very neat device, but expensive (keep in mind price is with 24 month contract, which is typically subsidized with 200 or so $) and I am still locked in with Tmobile for another 12 month or

Just walked by the Apple Store in NYC on 5th avenue which is a 24 hour location (in case you need an ipod at 4.00 AM in the morning). It seems to be realy neat, much smaller and thinner then I expected. Screen is crisp and bright, fingerprints were on the glass on mass but no problem. internet surfing with "Edge" the slow network is OK, doable

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230145471944 New BL9s. Mikey51 is on Ebay for many years so it is definitly not a scam. He also had a BV9 right when it came out. Not sure where this stuff is coming from, but I doubt highly highly it is from credit card scams. A dealer unloading inventory seems more likely, especially if it is

Well normally a dealer would take the TV back I believe. I wouldn't be surprised if this is coming from an antsy dealer who has to get rid of it quick. Maybe just a canceled order. I mean somewhere must this grey market stuff come from , there are not many other options then a dealership ....

You just provided a link to the general website. Which product do you mean? If you see a nearly new 16 grand setup, that doesn't have to come from a true customer. Somehow grey market products keep popping up. Here in the US we had BL9 and BV9 right at launch on Ebay, offered by well known high feedback sellers. JK

>> Does the Beoport not receive the PC commands via masterlink?? If so can it not respond to the pc commands via masterlink instead of the attached IR receiver?<< It does itunes that way, however if you want to control front row you need the extra IR eye it seems. I still like to hear if it does fast scrolling or not. i have thousand or

>>control over it is just perfect with the beo4.<< Does it do fast scrolling? I.e. if you hold the buttons down on the apple remote. Thanks JK
