Puncher: Is that true?? If you store in lossless format then you will get (very roughly) 3 CD's per gigabyte, that makes 1500 CD's in a 500Gb drive. (Still a lot more than I have mind - although, at an average of 12 tracks per CD, Peter has over 2400) I see your point, but on anything but higher end speakers in a controlled listening environment

I'm saying nothing - but if any friend of mine treated his BeoLab 5's like that, he wouldn't be my friend for very long. Also, this friend needs to find another friend to sell them that can actually spell.. That said, the seller has a 100% feedback record - which isn't easy to attain now! Lee

Flappo The Grate: looks nice , but no video support and only a 500 gb hd ? i'll stick with my apple set up , ta 3 tb's and a two way remote for half the price With the greatest respect Flappo, do you own 37,000 CD's or something? Is half a terabyte not enough? Three terabytes would store about 2 years of music if played constantly... Lee
