Upon turning our Avant off, after about 10 seconds, the stand by light begins flashing and continues flashing. Any ideas on the cause of this? Thanks!

Standard definition on our BV7 is beautiful. We are amazed with all sources on it, High Definition, DVD, BluRay, DVD and standard definition.

Is there any way that the BV7 can be used to operate a Voltage Sense Trigger on a Panamax power conditioner?

I tried DVD STOP, no success.

Can the Beo 4 be used to eject on DVD on a BV7 MKIII?

Our Beo 4 also only pauses the VD on a BV7 MKIII. I guess it is not possible to open the DVD with a Beo 4?

Beolab, yes I have looked at your pictures. I have even enlarged them and looked at them. Have you looked closely at my pictures? Bottom line is our BV7 is lighter than what your pictures show. Also, if the BV7 and BL7-4 are the same color, there would be no question about it. They would clearly match. Our BV7 is clearly two tone. We have a BS1 cabinet

Another picture, different light.

The B and O web page has a picture showing BV7s with Beolab 7-4s in all five colors. The gray on the BV7 matches identically to the gray on the BL7-4. Alex, I am glad you agree it is silver.

I am very confident it is silver. If it were gray it should not look like two different colors. The color on the BV7 is almost identical to the color of the BS1 cabinet next to it. The two installers from B and O, who have obviously seen other BV7s, were both certain that it was silver. I will perhaps post another picture a little later this morning
