  • Re: Signal levels in MCL

It is a basic T-connector , part No. 6270702 The setup with a T-connector is the B&O recommended setup for - BS6500 + MX7000 + BL3500 Do you have the overview of the Config Guide on this setup ?

  • Re: Beomaster 5500 muted sound from speakers

Have you noticed the lights on the MCP flashing ? Are the batteries okay ? (reason i ask is that i've experienced the MCP not functioning properly and after replacing the batteries solved it)

Have you used an AUX-splitter yet ? Basically AUX between BM6500 and MX, the other AUX goes to the Beolink-converter. (keeping MCL between the BM and MX and then convert to ML)

  • Re: MX7000 versions

pgerell: I totally agree with you. As I have my tv in a corner I don't see any benefit of a LCD. As you might have read in another thread ( http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/thread/53274.aspx ), I'm trying something similar to your father's setup. Connecting a Beomaster 6500 to the MX. In my case there is two converters involved in addition

pgerell: When I looked up the type I noticed that the plate actually said MX7000 Imp. Teletext. :) But thanks anyway /Peter The MX7000 is one of my favourites, i actually placed one in the office of my father today and connected a Beomaster 3300 to it. The active speakers of the MX are used for background music from the radio while the display shows

  • Re: What is the Config option of Beo4?

pgerell: Hi, now I have examined my Beo4s further. My old one (with SAT, V.TAPE and A.TAPE buttons) displays MX, AV9000, AVANT, AV5 and NONE as video options. BASIC and BS9000 as audio options. My new one (with DTV, V.MEM and A.MEM buttons) has numeric options. Video 1 to 4 and Audio 1 and 2. Note that the old one had 5 video configurations. /Peter

Guy Hallo
