Razz1971: I will be using a beocord 8004....it will be my bedroom set. For everyday use in the livingroom i have a beosystem 5500 and hopefully beovox 4500. But I have thought about doing the other way around....meaning using the bm8000 in the livingroom. If I do that i will have to purchase a beogramCD...maybe the CDX. I have a similar setup, but the

Razz1971: Finally the beomaster came. And it didn't disappoint! mint condition....now I need a beocord 8004 and a pair of MS 150....NIIICE I'm sure you'll not be disappointed. Will you be using a Beogram and/or Beogram CD with it? Good luck with your search for some MS150s. I ended up with a pair of Beovox Pentas becuase they were easier

You can still get the original shipping crates from B&O. My second hand Avant RF came from a dealer, and they ordered the original packaging for me. When I say crate, I mean crate. TripEnglish: I hear that Bang is also working hard on adding a second name to their company. I hear it will be connected by and ampersand. Genius

Congratulations Mike! You sold me a Beomaster 8000 when I had the username victor a year or two back. Hope you enjoy your 6500 system :)

What about some Beolab 5000s? They match the looks of the 9500 really well IMO, and sound superb, whilst taking up little space (compared to pentas, at least!).

I got a non-working but absolutlely immaculate Beolit 609 for £8 from a charity shop a couple of years ago. It did cost me a little to have it fixed up by the very knowledgeable Tim Jarman, but it was well worth it :)
