I was actually a bit disappointed that they retained the old form factor. I will head over to the apple store this weekend though and take a look. JK

It all comes down how fast scrolling is supported. I did my own remote setup in IRED/IRtrans and just repeat the down key few times but I am guessing there are better ways to do that. Not sure how Beo4VRC does it. I want the same feel that I get with the apple remote and I havent seen that yet. Since Beo4 sends a different signal for pushing versus

I think buying a used beosystem is sort of tricky unless you get one of the few screens that actually works with it. If I recall correct, panasonic worked besides B&O but not much else. There are surround amps with regulated line out (i.e. you can control the volume, so it's not a steady line out). If your speakers don't have a line switch

>>but having in mind that it can be programmed it surely be able to control other devices, i hope.<< I don't think it can do that directly. You will need to go via a B&O video product and use a PUC. I.e. the Beo5 will not directly control a mini mac. The user manual is available for download on this site. JK

>>a lot of speculation was made about new products. Drawings, rumours etc<< I think this might have to do with the fact that the product portfolio is well rounded right now. They just need to update the existing stuff, i.e. HDMI connections, plasma and lcd panels etc. The high end sound system is missing, however I don't think anyone

I think you have to wait few weeks, they will release the year end financials in August (around 3rd week), that gives an outlook. I hope a small TV for the US. BV7 32 and BC6 26. Something like that. A new soundsystem would be nice, but I doubt that. I would be very happpy with the BC2 but if they release the BV7 32 here I wouldnt need it. My Dream

>> What is a reasonable price for a used BV4-37?<< There is one on Ebay US right now at 2850$ and it is lingering there for a while with no takers. Livestyle AV has the BV4 42" non HD, that is a good comparison, depending on age I would think 3K or less should do itespecially if you buy from private without warranty. Personally, like

They do that in the US every now and then as well. JK

I don't think anyone has a clue how it could look. The screen though would not be required. If they have back lighted keys, they could use the light to indicate what "mode" is selected, just use a different color or intensity or something. The Beo 5 has in my opinion to many frills that I wouldn't use. I think selecting the mode for
