I think the BV4 is a stately choice and the latest with the frame looks unbelievable, the BV7 to me looks like an average tv and the price tag scares me when you look at what it can't do compared to tv's a tenth of the price! My opinion anyway...

BL4 will match aesthetically to the BS4, but you'll find a BS3200 (no, an ouverture or BS2300) nice and cheap second hand. I got an ouverture for $800 AUS and BL4000's for $2000 aus (including floorstands) I'd suggest second hand BL4000's, same price as a new pair of BL4's and 20 times better. I haven't heard the BL3500 but you're

Well i have BS4 and it's VERY good, the A.MEM is so good to use between all the music i have on the computer. BS3200 i do not like, the hard drive is "slightly" obsolete in the fact that you have to write down what and where the music is stored. If i had that i wouldn't bother using it at all. The upside of the 3200 is the design,

Constantine, aren't you selling the 1's anymore? You haven't had them very long at all have ya! How did you get a PV1 at that price??
-
Thanks for the help! I think i'm going to stay away from US electrical products, even if it's dirt cheap, too stressful, and i'd only ever do an overseas purchase with paypal
-
I mainly enjoy music, and i didn't like the BL2 with music, but i'd get the PV1 because it's so musical and looks fitting with B&O equipment. This said, the sub is not a priority for me and the BL2 costs ALOT for a sub
-
Such good advice, thanks! :) I'd get some penta's but the way they look makes me sick And the aesthetics of the BL3's irritate me a bit I'm leaning towards 8000's with PV1 or 1's with the beotech modification that was demonstrated here a while ago

Hi just wanting to know if it's possible to run 8000's from the US, here, there are some going really cheap, but i don't know much about whats required to get the power supply right. Thanks! Dave

I really really apreciate all of the insight Alex and Lee thankyou so much, that clears my mind a fair bit, i suppose there is a good reason BL1's weren't on sale for long. I don't want a 'non-B&O' like sound, i love the sound of the 4000's, their only down side is that they are what they are, they sound like a pair of speakers

The BL6000's are unfortunately devalued to me now that almost every home cinema looks like it has BL6000's in it (such as LG) yuck! hehe The BS3200 is getting a bit sad now too, but this is just my opinion
