To Mr. Anderson's query concerning dual player or not from B&O. Was actually reported here. Mr Anderson hasn't caught the announcement by B&O that they are dropping HD-DVD. It will be a BD only player.

Could be they'd put a plasma-screen in the 50" ... But it's going to be one very big floor-standing tv.

I may be totally missing the point here, but I really don't get this "they should have built in Freeview/DVB" and whatever. As Daniel points out above, in most markets people are getting their tv-signals from a variety of providers, with an increasing portion of the same offering decoders/tuners for you to be able to access their signals

Have you re-entered the pin-code? It could be that the speaker has been without power for too long, and that it therefore requires the pin-code.

Yes - I am filled with remorse here, and wish the Kudos to be fairly distributed to the thread originators (or blame). I wish I had the Beo4 look and feel with this functionality. Day 2 now, and I can't really believe that all those remotes are in a cupboard. I was originally planning to use irTrans/iRed, but it seems they are still in beta with

I followed your lead, Benkap, and went for one of these remotes. I have a mix of Apple, STB, Pioneer Kuro, BL5s and a receiver that I got chatting with one another in about an hour. Quite nice. Look and feel definitely downmarket from the Beo4 - but it does what I need in my viewing/listening room and I like the fact that it is a learning remote. Will
