I think you need to read the PS3 manual, not the BV 7. It's probably outputting HDMI. You have to do some button jiggery pokery to get it to output SCART.

Thanks again Keith - if it's not plain sailing, I think I'll abandon the idea of tapping the RF in the spare room and just wire in the masterlink. It was only for completeness: I have no B&O kit in that room as yet, and my future plan is to put a Beolink Active and a pair of speakers in - I don't think there's enough room for me

Thanks Keith. I think I already knew this part, so I should have been a little clearer. I understand I can daisy chain the masterlink without issue, but using this dual masterlink/antenna cable - can I daisy chain the RF signal? Or will I run into problems? The total distance isn't that large, so I'm hoping that I wont! If I can do this, do

Just to drag this thread up from the dead... I have a flat with 3 rooms. I want to link the main room and my bedroom, but thought I'd wire up the spare room while I was at it. To get to the bedroom, the easiest way may be to go through the spare room first. With this cable and some of the Bosscom wallplates, would it be possible to connect these
The Non Dvd/Bluray Bv 7 tv does not have the Dvd drawer front on the Tv,it is misssing and is flat all the way accross!
Thanks - I thought that might be the case. I think it looks better with the aluminium drawer - but with Bluray being a £1,500+ extra, it seems a lot to spend for something cosmetic (as
Film Mode!! I was under the impression that the BV7-40 did'nt suffer from this problem, only the BV8-40 did?? I'm taking delivery off my new BV7 this weekend hopefully? (without any bluray or DVD player).
Sorry to drag an old thread back from the dead. Is there any cosmetic difference between the BV7 with
I'd like to see a new interface for the BeoSound 5 that allows it to connect to a PC or Mac for direct access to its iTunes library without having to use the big, ugly, expensive BeoMaster 5.... and do so wirelessly! I'd buy that for sure!
It's not likely, given the BeoSound 5 without a BeoMaster

Thanks for the replies - very helpful. Re the Sky HD - I realise the sound should be streamed with the HDMI, but Sky have only managed to stream stereo. It's totally stupid, but the only way to get DD out of the box is via optical. Surprisingly, they still haven't fixed this. Now I've just got to find someone who's selling a MkIII..
I wonder if anyone can help me with a quandry I am in at the moment. I have wanted an Iphone for ages yet am tied to a new (prior to Iphone being released on it) Orange contract. I could buy a pay as you go variant but I know that despite best intentions of using my mobile for calls and the iphone for other things

Hi all I've been searching the forum for a while, but haven't found all the answers I'm looking for. Thought it'd be quicker just to ask! 1. First off, is there any real pressing reason that I should buy the MkIV new, considering it's likely to be around £3k more? As far as I've found from searching, the picture isn't
