There is no reason why thw beo4 shouldn't work. I guess that as mentioned it is to do with the Apple remote still being paired to your ATV. There is loads of info on pairing and unpairing remotes on the the web, and I would really look nto this before slating B&O software too much. If the STB setup is correct you should at least see the light

Hi all I need a datalink/audio aux link cable quickly, and the only one I have has had one end chopped off. I am happy enough putting a new end on, and have found a diagram on beotech detailing the pin outs, but I don't know which colour cables relate to each function. Can anyone help? Thanks

stefan: If you want AV-CD on Beo 5, create a button that sends CD in video mode: 0:000:TV:CD. The same if you want AV-TV: 0:000:RADIO:TV. Hi I have a BV7 in the bedroom, and a BeoLink passive in the en-suite. These are both set to option 5, and so respond to their own commands. If I want to listen to CD through the BV7 I press AV CD on the Beo 4. I want to use the Beo5 in the bedroom because it's so much easier than sky, but can't get it to operate the devices in option 5 correctly

Can someone clear this up for me? Is the D10 panel that now ships in BV4 (since this week) not the latest panel as people are suggesting? Also, re prices etc. Since Pioneer are now puling out of plasma production as a way of reducing their huge losses, does this not suggest that many of these firms are selling their products at unrealistically low prices
