Chris I think what he means is when you scroll through call in you caller id list - missed calls have * next to caller marking it as new call and it's accompanied with blinking red light on the rear of the handset. To reboot the phone you need to press button with round dot and keep it pressed until phone shuts down. Then press this button again

LOL I have also looked at 9500. 9500 is better looking twin sister of my ex-girlfriend 9000. However shipping costs to US may be killer. I'll concentrate on this month for now
