My LX is not as sharp as it could be and varies a little as the TV warms up. I have adjusted the focus control on the tube neck thanks to the excellent thread by Die Bogener but this control is now at its maximum level. Does this mean the tube is on its way out? Yes, mute is very clumsy on the Beo4 even when you know where it is - unlike the BL1000. Beo4 loses the ability to change from audio to video (and vice versa) sources quickly for volume/muting purposes which can be done using the BL1000 AV button. If there's a Beo4 short cut tip for this I'd be very interested.

shift>standby does not work using my beo4. Holding the red button does though - a useful tip and not something I remember reading in the BL1000 or beo4 manuals. Many Thanks David

I can bring everything to standby (link, audio and video) by pressing shift>standby on a BL1000 - How is this done on a Beo4?
