Having both the Beocom 5 and Beocom 6000 in easy reach, I find I always naturally go for the Beocom 6000 - the sound clarity is better, the ergonomics are more natural - OK it's not as shiny and new but I think apart from the looks just about everything is better on the 6000. Thanks, I was only planning on using one speaker until I can afford a 7-2. Also, just to clarify - the sound is as important as the looks, all I am saying is that the 4000's aren't my cup of tea, that's all.
