Just to throw my hand in.... I had a similar problem (blinking red LED) but knew that the cause of this was (by virtue of the reboot message on the screen). I live in a country where the voltage is not stabilised particularly well 230V +/1 50V sometimes. I found that I could not play my BS5 between 5 and 8 at night when people were arriving home and

Not sure is the answer. Seethroughyou's setup is technically the same as mine so that is easy. The Product Config Guide also is not very clear on this. I would suggest you try the following:- Go through the proceedure below. Get your TV, Beolabs and BS5 working together. You may be lucky in that by adding a BS3000 as A.Option 0 (with the Beo5/4

Actually, I was searching everywhere for this thread yesterday. Seems to me from the other recent thread http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/t/27249.aspx there is a very pressing question which I think Beoworld has a duty to ask:- 1. Why do a sizable percentage of Dealers not know about how products work, how to solve problems and deal with quality issues

I would be deeply impressed to see a smart knowledgable "Sales-lady" in a B&O shop. As long as they are not too butch and don't wear pin-striped trousers I'm OK. I think in these male dominated sales arenas, they can be quite disarming and dont allow macho BS to prevail. (but what is macho about B&O anyway - BL5 excepted).

Config as follows:- Connect ML cable between the BV5 and BM5 PL cables connected to the BV5 Config the BV5 to V.Option 2 Config the BS5 (select Settings, >, <, >, <, Go) to bring up expanded Settings Menu Select Roles, AM Option. Config the BS5 to 0, Go Select Roles, Audio Master Config the BS5 to Yes, Go. Switch all to Standby (not strictly

The mechanism probably needs some refinement but I thought the concept was a good one. People who have that type of decor usually dont want to have ultra-modern A/V equipment on show except for private viewing. Personally, I dont like B&O in these type of settings - ruins the chintz effect of the neo-Regency furnishings. however, I definately dont
