When I last checked the Virgin box was on the latest STB list. At some point I need to upgrade the chip in my BV3-32 as I have Virgin box. Obviously at the moment I have no way of controlling it with my Beo4. When I do get round to changing the chip I will do it myself. Did the one in my Avant myself and it took my about 20 mins from start to finish

From what I understand there is no facility to carry the Datalink signal with that. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. This is not a problem if you are using it on later equipment like a BS9000 for example. As they did away the Datalink facility all together. Craig

Metallica S&M, just trying out some new drivers I have fitted to a pair of Beovox 2702's. They actually sound quite good to be fair. Poweing them with my trusty old BM3500 test amp. Craig

Yes as already said it was for the Beocenter9300. Believe it was called Beostand9300. Craig

At the moment I am working on a Phono Pre Amp (RIAA). Difference been with this one it will have 7 Pin DIN connections and also take Datalink signals. As a test I am going to try using a Beogram 3300 with a Beomaster 3500. So do you think there is any call for a product like this?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Craig
